In my work, "Pittsburgh Echoes," I explore the geometry and rhythm of the city’s architecture through abstraction. The buildings become silhouettes at night, their forms reduced to stark, minimalist lines and shapes. The darkness accentuates the contrast between light and shadow, creating a visual echo that resonates with the city’s industrial past and modern identity. I aim to capture the essence of Pittsburgh, not in detail, but in the abstract interplay of its structural elements, inviting viewers to experience the city as a living, breathing entity.
